It has been designed in close co-operation with a large number of teachers and offers a level of flexibility that meets a wide range of teaching styles and methods. A wide range (currently 43) of independent modules are designed to be easily integrated into existing lessons. The Big Bus assists teachers in the integration of ICT across the curriculum and in a ‘real class, real world’ situation where face to face teaching is still important. As such it successfully raises children’s understanding of key curriculum areas in an environment that is fun and stimulating to use.
